We are not the Republican Party.<\/strong><\/span>
\n We have a different Role.<\/span>
\n We have a different Focus.<\/span>
\n We don\u2019t have to be \u201cbig tent\u201d or \u201cinclusive\u201d!<\/span><\/p>\n

We are not another party.<\/strong><\/span>
\n We are Republicans and support Republicans only.<\/span>
\n We demonstrate loyalty to the GOP which is critical to our success.<\/span>
\n We will not jump ship when we suffer setbacks.<\/span>
\n Changing a tire is easier than re-inventing the wheel.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are not an issue group.<\/strong><\/span>
\n We let the experts handle the issues<\/span>
\n We will network with issue groups and work together for the cause.<\/span>
\n We will develop political muscle and aid the issue groups.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are not a front for any candidate or official.<\/strong><\/span>
\n We will endorse conservative candidates at the grassroots level.<\/span>
\n We want to build relationships with candidates & elected officials.<\/span>
\n We will not be used by the candidates or officials.<\/span>
\n We don\u2019t put all of our eggs in one basket.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are a politically focused group.<\/strong><\/span>
\n We are based in issues but focused on politics.<\/span>
\n We limit our involvement in issue related activities.<\/span>
\n We must understand the difference between: \u201cissue based\/issue focused\u201d and \u201cissue based\/politically focused\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Republican Assembly is an umbrella organization for all conservatives.<\/strong><\/span>
\n We are a unifying force for coservatives\u2026we win by addition, not subtraction.<\/span>
\n We will work with those we don\u2019t agree with 100% (Reagan\u2019s principle\u2026if you agree on 85% of the issues)<\/span>
\n Our focus is on the unifying essentials not divisive minutiae.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are filling a vacuum within the Republican Party.<\/strong><\/span>
\n Many liberal Republican groups already exist (i.e. Log Cabin, Mainstream, Pachyderms)<\/span>
\n Several Policy neutral groups exist (Women, College, Young, Etc)<\/span>
\n WVRA is organized to unite the conservatives within the party.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will do the things the party cannot do or will not do.<\/strong><\/span>
\n We train and educate candidates and elected officials.<\/span>
\n We endorse Republicans in non-partisan races.<\/span>
\n We endorse the conservative position on issue elections.<\/span>
\n We endorse the best conservatives in party races.<\/span>
